Leaving a Bequest to The Winnipeg Humane Society

I believe in animal rights, and high among them is the right to the gentle stroke of a human hand. ~Robert Brault

Gifts in Wills

Pets give us so much. This is one opportunity to give something back. The Winnipeg Humane Society relies on the generosity of our supporters to fund our work. Gifts in Wills are a vital source of income and help pay one in every three animals in our care.

Why leave a bequest to The Winnipeg Humane Society

Bequests left to The Winnipeg Humane Society provide continuing quality veterinary care, essential equipment, food, medical supplies and shelter services needed by the thousands of animals we see each year.

As this need increases, so does our reliance on bequests to maintain the quality of care for all animals that come to The Winnipeg Humane Society. In 2010 it will cost just over 5 million to deliver these vital services
